Making your homemade tea using plants from your garden ( Ginger, Horseradish and Lemon Grass). This Tea from this plants has a lot of health benefits including detoxifying lever. As we all know that Horseradish is a good source of nutritional benefits like Vitamin C, Calcium, Potassium, Zinc, Magnesium, and a lot more. While Ginger is also a good source of health benefits, it can detoxify the liver and relieves a cough. Horseradish is the best for bloated stomach and also a lot of benefits too. 

To make a Tea from it just boiled the said plants in a 1 liter of water for 15 minutes.
